Shipping policy

At Dr. Venessa’s Formulas, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below you will find detailed information regarding processing times, rates, shipping destinations, and policy guidelines.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders received after 12:00 PM PST, or on weekends and nationally observed U.S. holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Operating Days: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We utilize USPS for all domestic and U.S. Territory shipments.

1. Continental United States

  • Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders over $75 (calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied).

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.00.

  • Processing Time: 1 business day.

  • Standard Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days (ground transit may take up to 5–9 business days at the latest from shipping confirmation).

2. U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $75 (after discounts).

  • Processing Time: 1 business day.

  • Standard Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that our fulfillment team has received your order.

  2. Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your package leaves our distribution center, you will receive an automated email notification containing your USPS tracking number.

  3. Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking details to update on the carrier website.

International Shipping

We do not offer overseas or international shipping at this time. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Terms & Carrier Policies

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of product returns.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier, Dr. Venessa's Formulas cannot be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order. Re-shipments will require additional shipping charges paid by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier Responsibility: Dr. Venessa’s Formulas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier or marked as "Delivered" by USPS.

  • Filing Claims: If your package is missing or shows delivered but has not arrived, please contact USPS directly to file a reimbursement claim.

  • Replacements & Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds or send complimentary replacements for lost or stolen items. If you still require your items, a new order must be placed through our website.
